About Mei Yin

Mei Yin Skincare is a skin care system rooted in the principles and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Formulated by a Chinese Herbalist and licensed acupuncturist, all Mei Yin products are 100% natural and uniquely blended to protect and preserve the vital yin.

Mei Yin

Ru Xiang Cleansing Gel With Mint

Mei Yin

Ru Xiang Cleansing Gel is a cleansing and clarifying gel for combination and oily skin. Blended with Chinese Herbs specifically chosen to stimulate blood flow and prevent break outs. It deeply cleanses and detoxifies your skin, washing away impurities. It is a mild, SLS FREE gel with tea tree oil.

I used this facial cleanser with warm water twice a day for about two weeks.  The bubbles common in many other soap products are from chemical additives that promote foaming, this product does not foam because of the lack of those chemical additives.   It also has a fruity scent, which I totally adore and left my skin feeling  smooth, summer fresh & oil free after using it.

It’s reasonably price at $30 for 150ml

Chen Pi Daily Tonic With Green Tea

MeiYin

Chen Pi Daily Tonic is a clarifying tonic that’s suitable for all skin types. Active ingredients of Chinese Herbs and pure essential oils tone, hydrate and strengthen the skin’s immune system against free radicals, solar and environmental pollution. The herbal extracts re-mineralize and help to heal stressed skin.

After my face was completely dry I applied the Chen Pi Daily Tonic with a cotton ball.  It has a pleasant citrus scent and left my face feeing ultra clean and refreshed.  It’s easily affordable at only $35 for 150ml

He Shou Wu Balancing Moisturizer With Job’s Tears

Mei Yin

He Shou Wu Balancing Moisturizer is a balancing moisturizer that’s suitable for combination and oily skin.

Plant phospholipids, Chinese herbal extracts, light seed and essential oils, balance and protect against pollutants and bacteria.  Especially formulated to deliver optimal moisture for oily skin while reducing surface shine, it leaves your skin soft, clear and hydrated.

I finished by applying the Shou Wu Balancing Moisturizer, again as with all their products it has a wonderful scent and left my skin feeling smooth and completely moisturized, I did notice an improvement in my skin’s overall appearance. It  looks and feels healthier and does not feel oily even though, usually after spending time out in the sun my skin tends to get oily.   Priced at only $65 for 60ml.
