Now that Summer is in full swing, for many Canadian families, that means getting outside to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. My family loves to keep active on a very regular basis. We all enjoy taking long trail walks on the local forest trails, swimming at the beach, going to the park and even playing at the water park. Wolfe Lake in The Fundy National Park is one of our favorite places to visit as well. Not only does the exercise help keep us active and a bit more healthy, it’s also very therapeutic as well. My wife is off for 3 months with a hand surgery , so we resolved to walk every day. So far so good
We love to biking on the old railway lines that are now wonderful trails in and around our city.
We like to get outside and go hiking; there are tons of conservation areas in our area with lots of hiking trails to choose from.

I look after my grandchildren , they play in the yard everyday , except when raining. After dinner every night my husband and I take the kids to the park where they can run and play with all the other kids. They keep us pretty active thats for sure.
