An Instant Pot makes my life easier. My kids are constantly running from one practice to another, there is always something on the go. When your life gets busy, little tricks and techniques to save time in the kitchen is a big help. I’m sorry to say that I don’t, as yet – (I have a birthday very soon, so perhaps…) have an instant pot though I would love one as I’ve heard such great things about them.
I hadn’t thought of my Instant Pot with reference to desserts but will try the Key lime recipe.
