- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Whole Lemons
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- ½ Tsp Pepper
- 1½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Pkt of spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook Spaghetti according to the instructions on the package
- Zest 2 whole lemons and set aside
- In a saucepan with high sides, melt butter over a medium heat
- Add the cream
- Add lemon zest and the juice of both lemons
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy
- Add the cooked and drained spaghetti to the sauce and stir until coated
- Serve immediately
