Disclosure: I received a Kellogg’s #TreatsForToys kit for the purpose of this post. All opinions are my own.
It’s that magical time of year again when the glistening snow falls and the warm open fires crackle. My daughter is busy with her Christmas performance and concert rehearsals. It’s also time to begin celebrating the fourth annual Kellogg’s Rice Krispies #TreatsForToys program!
To ensure no child goes without a gift this holiday, the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies #TreatsForToys program has once again partnered with the Salvation Army to encourage Canadians across the country to create a toy Rice Krispies treat and share a photo on social Media and using the hashtag #TreatsforToys.
For every photo uploaded or shared on social, Kellogg’s Rice Krispies will donate $20 to The Salvation Army for the purchase of an actual toy for a child in need during the festive season. Make. Share. Give. These three simple steps will help create magical memories for children to cherish for a lifetime.
My daughter was so excited when my Kellogg’s Rice Krispies kit arrived in the mail. She loves to get into the festive spirit to help others less fortunate than herself, and will be making a Rice Krispies Toy Treat and uploading it to the website.
Are you in need of some inspiration? Visit the Treats for Toys website to view the toy shaped treats made by your fellow Canadians, and for all the up to date information on the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies #TreatsForToys program.
